Reliable communicator & great deal maker

Ant was super helpful and reactive with his communication, and straight to the point in regard to the vendors expectations, which we very much appreciated. This helped us get a deal done that we were very happy, with limited time in limbo. He was also very effective at keeping his finger on the pulse as we worked through the conditions of the sale, which I'm sure was appreciated by the vendors.
