When only the best will do in Real Estate use Hooly

We first meet Peter Houliston known as Hooly many years ago when he first came to the Thornlands area and he would walk the streets canvassing the area making himself known would answer any questions or just have a friendly chat. You would always see his car parked in one of the streets as you enter the area and you knew he was selling or buying or simply following up which he did on regular basis which he still does today sometimes with his team and provide ongoing selling and buying details. Peter sold our unit after the original real estate that sold us the unit could not do any good no one turning up at the open houses and only 2 possible leads after 2 months the best offer was 270K. We then went to Peter and explained what we did and he had no hesitation in agreeing to sell our unit. He was very positive from the word go that he could sell the unit at a higher price and immediately drew up the contract even before he inspected the unit, as he had visited the area many times. He knew we were going on holidays and with only days remained before we left true to his word he had an interested buyer who he signed up just after we left. This made our holidays more pleasant as we no longer needed to worry about the sale etc. Our daughter worked with Hooly all the time we were away and kept us fully informed they worked extremely well together, to be sure Hooly did still have open houses just in case.] The team actually had more inspections on the first open house than the previous agent had in 2 months. Throughout the 2 months we were away Hooly and the team kept in contact with up to date information on progress and he kept us informed every step of the way and used our daughter for information we needed to provide.W without hesitation highly recommend Hooly and his team to sell your property or assist in finding the right home for you. His knowledge of real estate is highly respected and thanks to him and the team professional understanding and obliging.
