Fantastic Up-Front AND Terrific on the Follow-Through, too
My wife and I both gave Nyree Ewings -- 5 STARS on or about 3 Nov -- when Nyree had facilitated the negotiations leading to the contract on our home in Cleveland. Now, the contract has reached settlement and all of those last final details have been completed without a hitch. We can now add to that review that Nyree was not only a fantastic agent in the pre-listing, listing, and negotiation and pre-contract phases: She was equally fantastic with the follow-through -- so that all the planned details were completed, my wife and I were kept updated, and that settlement was reached on time too. 3 CHEERS FOR NYREE!!!
An Outstanding Agent!!
We interviewed several agents before selecting Nyree. After interviewing six over several months (in addition to us doing our own market analysis), Nyree stood out. This was mainly because of her enthusiasm, energy, and local knowledge. She also appeared to have the contacts we needed to help us get our home to peak-presentation standards. Due to our imminent relocation overseas, our objective was to be able to sell at an optimum but realistic price within a relatively short time frame. Nyree did not disappoint. She saw what we wanted, and with our blessing Nyree took the role as a real Project Manager. She was realistic and she came up with practical and sometimes innovative suggestions to maximize our home’s marketability without breaking the bank.
