Debbie Ward: real estate's ray of sunshine

I contacted and interviewed 3 recommended agents when I decided to sell my villa in Cleveland. Debbie had been recommended by a friend and neighbour. At the appointed time, in breezed Debbie with her husband Wilf, in tow...Wilf is also a realtor. How to describe Debbie?...in love with people, in love with her job and in love with life. That is what I say to folk who ask about my agent. From the very start we just "clicked" and I knew I was in good hands. Debbie is an excellent communicator and kept in touch with me all along the way, always answering my phone calls promptly and keeping me fully in the loop. But most of all, I loved the way she developed a relationship with the purchasers so that any problems big or small could be amicably ironed out without having to always go through our solicitors.
