I had spoken previously to Nyree about the sale of our investment property telling her we would be down in Redlands late in May 2021 to see what was required to tidy up the house prior to sale. received an email that week on what repairs/improvements we needed to address and a market estimate before and after improvements. The house was in fairly good condition but after we followed her advice it blew us away on how good it looked specially on her real estate video presentation. Being a stranger to the Redlands area it was great to have Nyree to provide names and phone numbers for any contractors I required and providing feedback on improvements. All this made for a quick sale when it went onto the market.
