Even as a buyer when I contacted him for advice, Peter explained to me, that although impartial, he acted for sellers and so would not compromise the trust sellers had in him. With that being said, he offered free advice to me on properties I was interested in, even not sold through his company, in regards to whether the asking price reflected market prices and whether there were legal issues I wouldn't be aware of. His mantra of doing the right thing being a benefit to both parties in the long run was refreshing and made sense. And I had a ton of questions that he (and his lovely wife) was nothing short of friendly and helpful with. Peter appears to me as honest (an attribute almost extinct in the world of real estate) and will try to help wherever he can. After many varying experiences with estate agents over the years, Peter was a breath of fresh air and I feel lucky I came across him (through a recommendation) and would not hesitate to recommend him myself to anyone looking to sell or wanting advice when buying. 10/10.
