Chris is certainly a new age agent for a new era of real-estate. His calm, casual and friendly demeanor is coupled with a chatty personality. It puts the buyers at ease for a positive experience and makes the seller experience simple and smooth. The real positive though is his casual approach in person is backed by a work horse ethic and he works the phone to chase the leads and make a deal happen.
