Got a sale in a tough market

We chose Debbie as our agent because she was highly responsive and also because of her experience selling in our area - Birkdale, Thorneside, Wellington Point area in the Redlands, and her knowledge of the type of market that is unique to the area. An area with wide spread of eras and styles that's hard to put an "average" to. We listed just as the property market was starting to decline (in mid 2018). Debbie got us a sale very quickly through contacts, for a great price, but that sale fell through when the buyer was unable to sell their own property at the time. We then had months of opens and limited offers as everything stagnated. It was a complicated sale in the end, but Debbie eventually got our property sold by the end of the year at price that was quite fair and reasonable for the market at the time. No small achievement.
