Easy to deal with

We met Stephen at an evening open house just around the corner to us. He had put a note in our letter box inviting us to go along and get an idea of what value our own house could be worth. We liked that approach rather than the usual letter box drop suggesting they do an appraisal of our house. He has an easy going manner, not pushy or over the top and was a pleasure to deal with. He worked hard on our behalf and although we had hoped for a slightly higher result we appreciated his negotiation skills which resulted in a very speedy and clean cut sale.
