What set her apart immediately was her ability to quickly assess the property and the circumstances under which we were selling, which were a bit daunting to us. She exuded the confidence from the start that she knew the market intimately, and also the current regulations (e.g. the very important smoke alarm legislation). She also came armed with proof of her solid track record, by way of showing an example of the sales brochure that would be produced for our property. This set Nyree apart from the other agents who only came with a market report of other similar properties in the area. What ultimately convinced me to select Nyree was the absence of hard sell, no pressure to make a decision right away or even in the following 24 hours. She assured me that she knew I was facing a tough task, selling my parent's home with the parent already moved into aged care, and myself living interstate.
