While searching for an apartment in the Redlands, we were drawn to a unit at Redland Bay

James Carmicahel from L.J. Hooker was more than helpful in arranging a time that worked in for us both to look at this perspective unit for sale. Now this happened three times over a month and in each time he was very obliging in meeting during our time slot requests. James knew the area very well and answered most of our questions regarding the property. Best thing, he wasn't pushy and in the end put both our proposed offers to the seller as requested by us. The purchase of this property was subject to the sale of our property which had a slight time delay due to the buyer having some financial issues. James kept in touch with us on the matter and kept his selling customer in the loop through this period. We are about to go through the settlement process in 2 weeks time and James is keeping an eye on things and helping with any questions we are asking of him. My wife and I, highly recommend James as a reliable & honest property agent in our dealings we have had with him in the last few weeks with the purchasing of the property they had listed with them on L.J.
