Niki was very helpful and nice to deal with. From our experience though, it would have been great if she was more reachable at times, made sure the sellers didn't misrepresent the property attributes to her and was a little bit more knowledgable on contract legalities or otherwise got solicitor advice before advising us. All was done trying to help though and Niki was very pleasant to deal with. She even paid for a pest treatment to be done for us out of her own pocket so that settlement wasn't delayed as the seller's tenants hadn't completed this properly!
