Thank you Craig for all your help further past 2 years.

I have known Craig Barnes for 2 years. I first met Craig when I bought a unit in Fairfield marketed by him. At initially meeting Craig for an inspection, it was instantly evident that he would not be an agent that pressured the buyer with various sales techniques. This was the case and it allowed me the time and space to think clearly about the purchase. During the year following the purchase, Craig always responded to my emails and took action regarding small issues with the unit. This included contacting the seller regarding dates of service for the air conditioning and water filter. Craig always graciously and patiently helped, giving his time despite not having to. Last year, I contacted Craig to ask for advice for my 23 year old son. Anton had saved to buy sn investment property. I rang Craig to ask him for his advice on where to purchase a property. Not only did Craig give Anton detailed advice on a purchase, he actively and tirelessly kept us informed of properties released for sale. Craig directed Anton to a suitable property which he bought despite having no financial or other gains for Craig. This was so very much appreciated by Anton and I as properties during the current market do not last long. Last month, due to devastating family circumstances, I needed to sell the unit. I rang Craig to ask him to be the agent as I was very appreciative of his help with Anton’s purchase. If would not have been possible without Craig’s assistance.
