Our association with Solomon was as the buyers rather than the sellers of the property. As agent for the sellers it was clear that he acted professionally in giving priority to their interests in achieving a sale. However we were pleased that he recognised that we were genuine buyers and without undue "sales" pressure set the scene for us to make a successful offer to purchase the property. Once the contract was signed he was most helpful in ensuring that the sale proceeded to the satisfaction of both parties.
