Great Experience Selling my Property

I am an interstate seller who had an investment property in Cleveland for 10 years and needed help to prepare the property for sale. Being out of the area adds complexity, to which I was looking for an agent who would assist in obtaining quotes and managing tradespeople. I met with 4 different agents and no-one seemed as keen as Ludwig, who followed through on his promise to send me a prompt appraisal and followed up. I met Ludwig at an open home for another property and explained that I was looking for an agent to sell my property and that I wasn’t from the area. I feel that my interests were well looked after by Ludwig, he followed through on every promise and is a great communicator. He is also well connected with trades and interior stylists who did a great job in preparing my house, you can see by looking at the photos. I trusted Ludwig on what he felt I needed to do to the home and the result was fantastic, I received offers over the estimates provided by other agents, as well as Ludwig. I highly recommend Ludwig and his team, they did a fantastic job and I would definitely buy or sell through him again.
