Her calm and professional demeanour, and specifically the way that she presented ideas to me really stood out. It demonstrated that she was the kind of person who could negotiate well with potential buyers on my behalf. I travel for work and am quite busy at the moment, and her communication was perfect. All the people she came into contact with (the tenant, the property management company, solicitors, and potential buyers) had a really positive working relationship with her and because of this harmony and her negotiating skills, she achieved a fantastic outcome that everyone is happy with from multiple offers. This experience was so much more positive than other houses I’ve sold with other agents and I really mean it when I say that I can’t recommend getting in contact with her enough.
