Julie was an extremely professional and personable agent who achieved an excellent result in a very short timeframe. She had a very good knowledge of the market and provided excellent advice on colour schemes in preparing my property for sale. As I live 400 km from the property, it was not easy to visit to make small repairs and to organise tradespeople. Julie performed that role using her own vehicle. She has gathered a considerable list of tradespeople upon whom she can call and their work was conducted to high standards at all times in a timely and professional manner.
