We had an amazing experience with the team (Chris, Karlee) throughout the entire rental application process from inspection and submitting our application through to approval. They were professional, proactive and super friendly, responsive and incredibly supportive. Communication was excellent, and they kept us informed - promptly followed up on our application and made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. Then the final call to advise we were approved I am sure our neighbours heard our cheers. Chris celebrated with us :) We genuinely felt valued and cared for, rather than treated as just another application. Their dedication, efficiency and attention to detail and referral to the owner truly set them apart. We are extremely grateful for their help in securing our rental home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional and reliable real estate team.
