We have been really happy working with LJ Hooker. Kirsten, Emerald and Karyn were in constant communication with us from the moment we signed with them. They gave a professional appraisal of the property and provided us with advice to present our property well and attract high calibre tenants. They provided us with guidance to ensure that we were meeting all our legal obligations and were very proactive in organising quotes for some minor repair and improvement work needed before we could tenant the house. They also provided us with a very thorough appraisal of the tenants who applied for the property and gave us lots of background so we were confident that we were choosing the right applicants who would be happy making our house their long-term home.
