Totally PROFESSIONAL!

The title is just 2 simple words but they sum up Simon and what he is. He sets a great tone when he starts working with you and he carries that all the way through the sales process and knows what to say and when to say it be it to the people selling (us) and the buyers. He can gauge when he has motivated sellers and works with them with special care in a balanced manner to get them their best sales result. He did that for us and wow! did it happen very quickly - Yes! If it had taken longer he still would have got a result for us. He knows his patch and its market and responds to any questions and requests in relation to our involvement and that is why I set such a to the point title.
