Just what we needed

We've had an investment property in Forest Lake for nearly 20 years, and have had several agencies looking after it for us. The property had become a little tired over this time and the last tenant wasn't as interested in cleanliness as we would have liked. Our property manager Megan discussed the situation with us and we agreed to let the lease expire and then freshen the property up. We had to rely on Megan to manage the job and were impressed with way she managed the work, the care she took in keeping us informed, and the gentle reminders when we were slow to respond. Megan’s efforts on our behalf were above and beyond just doing her job. Megan took on this task as if she were looking after her own property and we are delighted with the outcome. The property has now been be re-leased to a great tenant at a great new rate.
