Semi Rural Acreage Sold

Nikki handled the sale of the property well from the very start on offering the right marketing package to following through to the final sale. The sale of acreage being different to the sale of a suburban property as they are so vastly different and customers requirements and expectations vary widely along with their knowledge and experience of property ownership. Nikki navigated these wisely, patiently and professionally. Whilst we did not get the price initially hoped for we realise that the property presented several challenges to finding a happy buyer, Nikki did well and we can move on.
