1068 Coalfields

Mitch was flexible, taking us to a second property that we hadn't scheduled, and allowing us the time to get a good sense of the place. He was responsive, professional, and thorough.

He was good.

I know we all think agents get paid very well. We are no exception. Mitch was unknown to us and we gave him the sticky job of selling a small farm. It was complicated, and, didn't get any easier as the sale progressed. We set a from and up to price. Somehow Mitch obtained a price above the top target. So in a way in my opinion he earned his own commission. He did things above what I expected. The settlement has gone through. Mitch was excellent. Gordon Lee
