Our experience with selling our property with Katie Ryan of LJ Hooker was nothing short of spectacular. We've had a lot of experience with agents both selling and rental management over the years, and I can confidently say Katie is the best agent we have ever dealt with. Katie's professionalism, communication, knowledge of her suburbs and contractors etc is like nothing we've ever experienced before. Thanks for everything Katie. We don't live in the area, and Katie helped us fully renovate our house before sale and essentially treated the property like her own. We put our trust in her to choose everything, carpets, blinds, wall colour etc. She was our interior designer as well as our agent and, in some cases, even our handyperson, changing light globes and shower curtains and many other things that needed doing. The result was amazing. As far as sale price goes, we got a result higher than we expected. She has completely set the standard for us from now on. If you're selling your house in Bunbury or surrounding areas, please do not sell with anyone other than Katie Ryan. You won't regret it.
