Exceptional level of service and overall fantastic sales experience

We engaged James to sell our property after meeting with three other agents. His personal approach to developing a sales strategy and his market knowledge came across in our early discussions and his ambition on the price he believed to be achievable was also based on a strong mix of market data and experience. The sales process for us was further complicated by the fact that we live in a different State than our property and the home was inhabited by a family member. James managed communications very well and was accessible as needed throughout the whole process. He also managed some last-minute repair requirements at short notice rather than delay settlement. The result that we achieved with James was significantly higher than a number of other agents quoted and was in line with the result presented by James during our initial discussions. We have sold a number of properties over the years, and I feel that this was one of the most successful in terms of result and effort.
