Excellent service

Matt and Melanie were excellent agents and helped us purchase our first home in Collie. As first home buyers we were quite naive to the types of inspections we should have due to the houses in the area being older. Melanie advised that we get some extra checks done to ensure we weren’t caught out with any major electrical work or other such things and turns out there was an issue raised with the electrical check. Melanie and Matt worked tirelessly to resolve the issue before our settlement deadline (literally 10 days before Christmas) and in the end we did not have to delay settlement and everything went smoothly on the day. Matt was friendly and so helpful when viewing the house and completely transparent the whole time. We were very happy with their service thanks Matt and Melanie!!

Exceptional

Matt was extremely friendly and gave honest feedback that as a seller is ddefinetly a bonus. How i might lose money in the property what areas I could focus on fixing. It wasn't just him selling my property but helping with area information etc. Mel was also outstanding and supportive overall a great experience that I would entrust to them again in the future.
