Hornibrook road

We dealt mostly with Denby Lynn when buying our house. Denby was friendly and courteous throughout the time we knew her, including when seeing multiple houses before deciding on one to offer. She was very helpful in organising a rent evaluation for us, and she communicated really well throughout the buying process. My only constructive feedback is to encourage buyers to spend the time at the pre-settlement inspection actually inspecting the house to ensure it is in the same condition as when viewed - we were encouraged to whip through just looking at light switches but later found the sink completely clogged and needed a plumber to come in our first week to remove metres of grease and fat. We had bank issues that delayed our settlement, and we really appreciated a phone call from Brent advising us about the sellers intentions. There was a lot of junk left at the house and Denby was really quick to reply and organise disposal for us, so appreciated. We'd recommend Denby and LJ hooker to others looking to buy in Bunbury
