Smooth process

Having worked with John and his agency for over 20 years renting my apartment it made sense to put the sale in his very capable hands. Living overseas I needed someone I could trust. John organised all the refurbishment work to spruce up the place on my behalf and kept mw in the loop with all the critical decisions. This enabled an increase in value. The place sold within a week of being put on the market achiving over the guide price. John put himself out to work with the 11 hour time difference to the UK and made himself available outside of regular business hours. The only surprise was how quickly it sold. I would recommend John and his team for anyone wanting to sell in the area.
