•From the first I met John to assess his suitability as a potential sales agent, I was impressed. He has great knowledge of that part of the city, the complex which housed my property, the sales history of units in the building, the strata management - the lot. He came prepared with photos of units he had sold in the same building, prices obtained and references. He has a well developed network of contractors, tradesmen, conveyancing lawyers and accountants. During my dealings with him, John’s communication, follow up and guidance through the renovation and sales process was outstanding. John handled everything and handled it very professionally. I quickly came to the conclusion that if I gave John guidance as to my goals, listened to his recommendations, then got out of his way and let him work with his team, that I’d have the best chance of reaching those goals. It worked that way, spectacularly so! The renovation of the unit was completed in very short order, managed well for a beautiful result then sold at auction at a price which was an all-time record for a unit in that building complex! I couldn’t be more impressed with the sales execution nor more pleased with the result.
