Over promise under deliver

Our agent was average indeed. After valuing at a price we weren't prepared to sell at and would just rent the property, Danny came back with another value 100k more and a big story about further research, to which my husband decided to employ him and put the property on the market. This agent bought this listing! An assistant and another agent did most opens. 1st agent didnt know any definitive information about the home, age, carport build, mins to beach etc. 2nd agent just paced up and down the driveway, also not one piece of info regarding house, location, renos, shops, beach, bars, entertainment or public events which were held within a 5 min walk. Are we in the business of selling the dream or just a people greeter. Every potential buyer, and there were about 60 groups, who asked was told the highest offer. There was no way we were going to make more money on this property because it was priced in the serch criteria and the highest offer given. Would never sell again with this agent
