We found dealing with Phil and his team, comprising Ryan and Haley, a real pleasure. They were prompt in responding to any queries that we had and always polite and professional. Phil explained the process to us very clearly and communicated any offers or interest on a daily basis. Ryan went the extra mile and personally delivered our open day brochures to us. We didn't feel like any questions we asked were too silly or that any request was too much. We really appreciated the high level of support and communication throughout the sale process. Even better, we sold our home within 11 days of it going out to market and for a price that exceeded our expectations (though within the range that Phil gave us as the potential sales price of the home).
