I have recently had the pleasure dealing with Andrew Mason on a property acquisition in Sanctuary Point. Right from the start, Andrew was professional and easy to deal with (from a telephone conversation, through to emails and face to face). Apart from his friendly demeanor and easy going attitude, Andrew's in-depth market knowledge of Sanctuary Point was superb. He showed us four properties and was transparent about the pros and cons of each property. Furthermore, he gave us a realistic appraisal of the value of each property and its fair value.
