Melinda turned the seemingly impossible into a reality

After being widowed, the thought of selling my home of more than 25 years was completely overwhelming, but something that needed to be done. From the start Melinda & Luisa were informative, professional & the advice given us was excellent.

During the entire process of our sale Melinda & Luisa were there to advise how best to proceed from start to finish. Their ideas & assistance on how to present our house for any of the inspections we believe was key to gaining the sale & a sale price to our expectation. We looked into & spoke to other Realtors prior to making the decision on who should market our property. Above and Beyond

Selling my investment property from two states away had me nervous about the process and outcome but my oh my, Melinda and Luisa went above and beyond to get it sold. From liaising with the tenants, insurers, consultants, roofers, painters, plasterers, gardeners, plumbers, electricians etc.. and the many opens held in trying conditions, with callbacks and negotiations, i couldn't have asked for a better team and result. Would recommend!
