Exceptional service!

Sale of Rental Property - Shailer Park

Corina assisted me with the sale of a rental property at Shailer Park. We decided to renovate the property prior to sale to maximum our return. I interviewed a number of agents before deciding to go with Corina. Most of the agents who viewed the renovated property only 'valued' the property based on recent sales in the area and the number of bedrooms. The 'emotional' value of the property style and renovation seemed to not be taken into consideration. Corina however, quickly identified that the property presentation was important and valued the property 50K higher than most of the other agents. Corina achieved the higher price during the sale. Corina was great at keeping in touch and making sure that I was updated on progress and feedback etc.
