Great experience renting our property out
I found LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast after a lot of research trying to find an agent to me help lease out a property that I own in Palm Beach. Maree from LJ Hooker contacted me and she was very friendly, professional and knew the area very well. I felt confident with everything she suggested especially as their agency were managing so many similar properties in the area. When the property was finally available to rent out Mikaela from LJ Hooker found a great tenant within a few days! She did an amazing job and kept us up to date with what was going on. Our property manager Carly has been just as great and I feel very happy and satisfied that we have this team managing the property. It has been a great experience so far, they work very well together, and I highly recommend them.
