Made life easy!

We purchased a place and Simon was the sellers agent. He was really easy to deal with. Kept everyone in the loop. Made negotiations between parties easy and was very transparent throughout the process. I think Simon is a really good communicator which makes things a lot smoother when you are trying to do a deal. I didn’t feel like I was being sold to at all or that he was pushy. He was polite, honest and overall respectful of all parties. He made himself available early one morning to do the building and pest inspection which he didn’t have to do. If you are wanting a fair and easy agent to deal with then I highly recommended Simon.
