Open, honest & transparent

Matt made our purchase so easy because of his ability to negotiate and get a good outcome for everyone in a tricky market. He was able to work with the vendor to facilitate our circumstances for a long settlement, work with our budget and get the best result. Matt goes well and truly above and beyond. He can recommend people, he streamlines a very stressful process and is overall just a great guy. We really liked how he handled the purchase so we asked him to sell our other property. Equally fantastic experience. Matt is such a genuine and open book. He is honest and has a strong work ethic in an industry known for the opposite. 100% recommend Matt to handle buying and selling. Integrity and hard work

We have sold a few houses in our time however this was our first with Matthew and LJ Hooker Terrigal.
