Phil is such a great salesman! He keeps in constant contact and really does work for you, the seller. Phil is truthful and realistic when selling. For me, he didn't take the first offer, knowing the market. He negotiatiate a great price on my behalf, more than I was expecting. Thanks Phillip!! I have had a previous agent on a previous house knock me down, until I stuck to my guns and got the price I wouldn't budge on. I got my price and it ws $20k more than agent was negotiating. She was working for the buyer and just wanted a quick sale. This made everything so stressful. I never wanted to deal with an agent again. UNTIL I SOLD WITH PHIL!
