As you step through the entry to this top floor unit you are pleasantly surprised with the living space which is presented. The master bedroom is quite large for a unit and features built-ins, air-conditioner plus ceiling fan. The second bedroom is also of a large size and certainly wasn't an afterthought in the design of this building.
The bathroom is very modern and clean. From most points of the lounge/dining area there are limited ocean views. The living area itself is reasonable in size and features a split system air-conditioner and tiled floors.
Overall this unit represents a great opportunity and I don't expect it to stay on the market long.
