Fantastic Rental Experience!
When renting through another agency, our landlord was looking to sell and we met Sally. When she learned we had been trying to move without any luck, she was empathetic and together with Casey quickly helped us lease exactly the type of house we wanted, despite how difficult our requirements were. Our new lease was managed by Casey, by far the best property manager that we’ve had and sets the standard others should aspire to. If every property manager was more like her, renters and landlords would both be much happier! Casey took the stress out of renting by being understanding, flexible and approachable. She proactively resolved issues before they became problems, sometimes before we noticed them, such as arranging repairs to the shower grouting to avoid costly repairs later. When she couldn’t immediately resolve something, Casey was always easy to reach, kept us informed and worked swiftly. When the air conditioning failed just before summer and repairs were delayed outside her control, she clearly explained the situation, gave us a timeline, helped us understand the landlord’s perspective, and went above and beyond by bringing us a portable air conditioner the very next day to use until the system was replaced a week later. If unexpected issues occurred, Casey was flexible and supportive. When a close relative passed away, we asked last minute to reschedule an inspection. Casey was immediately accommodating and showed genuine kindness and compassion. When our lease was coming to an end because the owners were moving in, before we even asked, she found us a perfect alternative rental that checked all the boxes, while also addressing issues we’d experienced in our previous rentals from earlier conversations. She had the lease completed in under half a week, with most of that time due to my delays responding. Throughout our lease, I’ve told family, friends and colleagues about how incredible she has been and have nothing but the highest praise for Casey!
