Very attentive and professional

I switched to LJ Hooker Tuggeranong after a poor experience with another property manager. I have leased my unit with them for six months now and am very happy with their service. Casey took time to understand my goals and worked hard to ensure I leased at a good market rate. She was quick to find a reliable tenant and kept me informed about inspections and maintenance requests. I also like the application through which the rental is managed - it's easy to use, records all your transactions and stores your documents, which makes things much easier at tax time. LJ Hooker are well-organised and transparent with their clients; I would recommend using them to manage a portfolio of any size.
