I’ll be honest — I had a bit of a whinge and a sook along the way 😅 but Hercules handled it all with patience and good humour. He was far more personal than many real estate agents I’ve dealt with, without ever being pushy or overbearing. I really appreciated the straightforward approach, especially the fact that the photos weren’t doctored or over-edited. What you see is genuinely what you get, which made the whole process feel much more transparent and trustworthy. Overall, a positive experience and I’m glad Hercules was part of the purchase.
