Very helpful, experienced and reliable Real Estate Agent

I met Paul in 2012 when I was looking to purchase my home and move to the Coast. I was looking around where my Mum's home was in Narara but just wasn't finding what I wanted. He suggested the area that I now very happily live in and sold me my home. He was very helpful and patient with me while I was finding my home and always had relevant house suggestions of places to look at. Since then, being new to the Coast Paul has helped me with finding local trades that were able to help renovate my home, well beyond the normal requirement of an estate agent that usually once the sale is done they disappear into the distance.... We also needed to organise the sale of my Mum's home in the last few years. It has been a long process for my brother and I with working out what we should do and clearing out the house. I think we called on Paul 3 times to give us a valuation over the years - that patience of Paul's kicked back in. He has always given us an honest valuation and suggestions on what we could to to improve the appeal of the home, as well as a good knowledge of what was happening in the market place. The place went on the market with an offer on the first opening with many people coming through both weeks and we sold the property for the amount that we wanted in the space of 2 1/2 weeks and we settle next weekend.
