We cannot thank Grant Ormrod and his staff enough for their professionalism and amazing service whilst our property was For Sale with LJ Hooker Twin Waters recently. Grant achieved the price we wanted in a very timely manner, giving constant feedback on enquiries and house inspections. If he thought something needed to be addressed he advised accordingly. We always knew exactly what had happened during the weeks our house was on the market via newsletter and via telephone communication. Immediately after the end of each house inspection we had a direct phone call from Grant filling us in on the attendees at the inspection and what the feedback had been as well as where we were heading in terms of a strong sale.
