approachable and honest

Darcy has been approachable in our quest to purchase 17 Quiggin St. He did not force his ideas nor have an irritating sales gimmick that almost ruins the sale. He answered all our questions honestly and communicated well with us throughout the proceedings. Unfortunately the vendor died after the sale so the settlement date has been extended so he has been very accomodating by negotiationing with the surviving vendors and solicitors for us to access the property .
