Selling in Sunbury

I selected a real estate agent by having three different companies come and look at my property. Shantelle was the one who saw the potential of my home, had her colleagues tour my home who all provided feedback on improvements that would make a difference in selling price. She was also prepared to do little things like watering as I no longer lived in the area. My property sold quickly and ultimately was sold to a client of her colleague as all the agents from the company had viewed the result of my work. Yes the company was a little more expensive in terms of commission but I feel that it was worth it as I sold my home for a better price and was able to sell a house I was proud of.
