Exceptional service from start to finish

Steven Khawam from LJ Hooker (Guildford) was an absolute pleasure to work with and supported me every step of the way. From the very beginning, he showed genuine care, professionalism, and integrity. He was always honest, reliable, and consistently on top of everything, which gave me reassurance and confidence throughout the entire process. Steven’s knowledge, attention to detail, and calm, proactive approach made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable. He communicated clearly, checked in regularly, and was always available to answer questions or offer guidance. I never once felt like just another client — I truly felt supported and cared for. Steven was also supported by a very attentive team, and his office was always there when needed, which helped everything run smoothly. What meant the most to me was the care Steven showed even after the sale. He checked in on me once the house was sold, during the move, and again after settlement to make sure I had everything I needed and to see if there was any way he could help.
