I would like to state that Michael & Myself were very happy with the outcome of our recent Auction. We received more that we anticipated and are happy with the people who purchased the property. Jason is a true professional. Even though this property is out of his area, he researched the area and made himself aware of Real Estate values and trends in our area, also the makeup of potential buyers in the area. He was always attainable to us, always confident, and always able to relieve our worries and concerns. He made himself available to all prospective buyers even those outside the advertised times. He offered the property in a very informative and positive light. At opens, he was always on time, had the property open and presented for inspection in a welcoming and professional way. He knew the property and was always available to answer questions of potential buyers. On Auction day, again Jason's professional attitude and his calm presentation put us and any buyers at rest. He was able to attend to both sides needs and tensions. Overall Jason made the whole selling process bearable and a very pleasant experience.
