Having built twice myself, including my first home as a young buyer, I know how easy it is to get caught out or simply feel like you don't know where to start.
My role is simply to take the confusion out of building and help you make an informed decision that's right for you.
About this package
This land and house package has been put together to give you a starting point, combining a 15mX20m land just in the heart of Sienna Woods estate. This home designed still allows you access to FHB government grants while also getting a great size house you can grow into. Even a second home buyer with a family would enjoy this space with it's uncommon theatre/master design giving parents that extra more private space.
Rather than simply selling you a house and land package, we can look at the bigger picture by exploring your budget, the land, the design and the builder. Making sure the overall solution makes sense for you.

If you've already found a builder yourself, that's completely fine too. I'm happy to compare it with other options so you can make an informed decision.
There is no additional cost to you for our service. We are paid by the builder, similar to the way a mortgage broker is paid by a lender.
