Very friendly Practitioner of the Craft of "Salesman"

This is not just a review of Damian but of all current Agents. Are they really worth 2% Commission in the current Property Buying and Selling Boom? They convince you they can get top dollar for your property, with many promises and became your "Friend" but all they do, at cost to you, is put your property on realestate.com.au and then take the calls and open the doors to a very educated Buyer base. This Commission rate is a carry-over from the 1990's. Are they really worth the cost via a "Commission" that they are currently charging?
